1. 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee
At Digital Enlight, your satisfaction is our priority. If, within 3 days of purchasing and downloading any file from our platform, you encounter an issue that we can’t resolve—such as a corrupt download or a product that fails to function as advertised—simply reach out with a valid reason (see Section 2) and we’ll issue a full refund.
2. Valid Reasons for Refund
To qualify for our 3-day guarantee, your request must involve one of the following:
- Download Failure: You’re unable to download or access the purchased file.
- Product Defect: The file is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match its description.
- Unresolved Technical Issue: You can’t use the product due to an error on our end (not caused by your hosting environment or third-party conflicts), and our support team is unable to fix it within the 3-day window.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Contact Us at info@digitalenlight.com within 72 hours of purchase.
- Provide your order number, email address, and a brief description of the issue.
- Our support team will confirm eligibility within 24 hours.
- Once approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method—typically within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exclusions & Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of Mind: Simply deciding you no longer want the file.
- User Error: Issues caused by your server configuration, missing technical skills, or third-party plugin conflicts.
- Partial Use: You’ve fully downloaded and successfully used the product as described.
- After 3 Days: Any requests submitted later than 72 hours post-purchase.
5. No Memberships or Subscriptions
We do not operate on a membership basis. Each purchase is a one-time transaction granting immediate download access—no recurring fees, no hidden plans.
