Welcome to Digital Enlight. By accessing or using digitalenlight.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“TOS”). If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Digital Enlight (“Provider,” “we,” “us”) offers a platform for purchasing and downloading third-party GPL-licensed digital products. All use of digitalenlight.com and its services is subject to these TOS.

2. Product License

• GPL-Licensed Code: All themes, plugins, extensions, snippets, and other interactive code are provided under the GNU General Public License by their original authors.
• Additional Assets: Images, fonts, CSS, and other non-code assets included with a product may be under separate (often proprietary) licenses—please review each product’s bundled license terms.
• No Modifications: We do not create, modify, or “nulled-activate” any products. Everything is delivered exactly as licensed by the original developer.

3. Product Delivery

• Digital Download Only: All products are digital files available instantly after purchase—no physical shipping or handling is required.
• Instant Download: Upon successful payment, your digital files are available immediately for download from your account.
• Manual Verification: In rare cases (e.g. bank transfers), delivery may take up to 24 hours while we confirm payment.

4. 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our products. If, within 72 hours of purchase, you encounter an issue we can’t fix—such as:

1. Download Failure (you cannot access the file),
2. Product Defect (corrupted or not as described), or
3. Unresolved Technical Issue on our end—
   then contact us at info@digitalenlight.com with your order number and a clear description. If approved, we’ll refund your payment to the original method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases:

• Change of mind or “I don’t like it.”
• User-caused issues (hosting, configuration, lack of technical skill).
• Full, successful use of the product as advertised.
• Requests made after 72 hours.

5. Support Terms

• Included Support: Limited to help diagnosing delivery or download issues via email at info@digitalenlight.com.
• Paid Assistance: For deeper installation/configuration help, you may request custom support; fees and scheduling will be provided on inquiry.

6. Account Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these TOS. Suspended accounts lose access to downloads and are ineligible for refunds.

7. Unauthorized Actions

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share any downloaded product.
• Mass-download items you do not intend to use in active projects.
• Access the site via VPN/proxy or multiple IPs to bypass download limits.
• Use our goods to power SaaS offerings or promote other services without express permission.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any refund rights.

8. Business Use of Our Services

If you purchase on behalf of a company or organization, that entity accepts these TOS and indemnifies Digital Enlight (and its agents) against any related claims.

9. Product Warranty

All products are “as-is” from their original authors. We do not warrant compatibility with your environment. For official author support, consult the product’s documentation or developer site.

10. Miscellaneous

• Data Collection & Privacy: We collect only what’s necessary to process your orders—see our Privacy Policy for details.
• Governing Law: These TOS are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
• Changes to TOS: We may update these terms at any time; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of revisions.
